Lumbering Giraffe | A Night of Improvisations

On Wednesday the 13th of March, Yiannis Angelopoulos, Yiorgos Palamiotis, Panos Katsikiotis and Pantelis Pilavios will improvise as a trio at KET. This concert will be the first for the trio together on stage.

Yiannis Angelopoulos lives and works in Athens as a drummer. Jan Van de Engel is the name he uses for his music projects.

Yiorgos Palamiotis (electric bass) started as a self-taught musician and then he studied in Athens and Boston. Currently he spends his time between Athens, Amorgos and Paris.

Panos Katsikiotis (percussion) is a musician, composer and producer. He plays the drums, persussion, and string instruments (mandolin, mandolotcello, etc.).

Pantelis Pilavios (electric guitar, synth) is mostly a self-taught musician that works in Athens. He is always craving for experimentation.
