Barry Wan + Marissa Bili + Emelie Sjöström
A sound ritual bringing together three artists from Sweden, Hong Kong, and Greece in a shared exploration of memory and remembrance. Drawing on elements from their respective cultures, the artists weave diverse traditions of honoring those who came before us and those no longer with us into a shared sonic experience.
Through electronics, voice, and percussion, acts of remembrance are transformed into sound, becoming an offering in themselves. Rather than recreating specific rituals, the trio creates a shared space where memory becomes sound—a gentle act of connection and continuity between the living and those who have passed.
