Johnny Labelle + special guest Discovery Zone
On Wednesday, November 27, Kormoranos presents at KET Johnny Labelle’s first official headline live show, a few months after the release of Cold Fruit, an impressive debut album featuring Magic Island, poet Rae Armantrout, as well as many directors in the creation of the respective music videos.
Along with the special audiovisual show co-created with his friend, director and video artist, Arion Kalogeras and plenty of new material, the postmodern lo-fi crooner will host as an opening act, specifically for this event, Discovery Zone, the solo project of JJ Weihl (member of Fenster, an indie band based in Berlin), in a special blend of pop music, experimentation and performance.
