Since last year, the \u201cThree Times Three\u201d performances have been bringing together artists from the fields of contemporary dance and experimental music, with the aim of creating a common code that is valid as long as the meeting lasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Three musicians meet three dancers at a time. At the beginning of the evening, three random couples are drawn by lot and improvise for 15 minutes. The evening ends with everyone working together in a 30-minute improvisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cThree Times Three\u201d takes place every month at KET, curated by the composer Spyros Polychronopoulos (Spyweirdos).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The sixth event of the season involves the dancers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udd37\u00a0Katerina Gevetzi<\/strong>, dancer, choreographer and teacher of contemporary dance with international collaborations, as well as coordinator of educational artistic programmes, such as the intercultural opera nursery of the National Opera House.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udd36\u00a0Margarita Kostoglou<\/strong>, dancer and choreographer with special emphasis on improvisation, member of the National Opera, where she has performed soloist roles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udd37\u00a0Elena Rangou<\/strong>, dancer, musician and member of the bijoux de kant group, with collaborations in Greece and abroad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n and the musicians:<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udd36\u00a0Giannis Arapis<\/strong>, guitarist, composer and improviser, who promotes the establishment of the electric guitar as a melodic voice in avant-garde music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udd37\u00a0Tasos Stamou<\/strong>, electroacoustic composer and improviser, who explores traditional music through modern means, as well as the function of contemporary electronic music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udd36\u00a0Manolis Manousakis<\/strong>, composer and sound designer with extensive experience in the field of interactive and immersive media, as well as in cinema, television and theatre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Since last year, the \u201cThree Times Three\u201d performances have been bringing together artists from the fields of contemporary dance and experimental music, with the aim of creating a common code that is valid as long as the meeting lasts.
