Every month, starting in March 2023, KET hosts Spoken Maik<\/strong>, a poetry and spoken word event curated by Niki Papadogiannaki <\/strong>and Stavros Anagnou<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Open to all languages<\/strong>, Spoken Maik has so far hosted recitals, performances, and readings in Greek, English, Norwegian, Turkish, Kurdish, Arabic, Russian, French, Serbian, Ukrainian, and Galician (Spain).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The genres are equally diverse: slam, spoken word, poetry, rap, manifestos, personal stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Spoken Maik community is always supportive, offering a safe and welcoming space that allows everyone to try, often for the first time, to share their poetry in public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first Spoken Maik of the new season will be hosted at KET on Thursday, October 9, 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Those who wish to participate should arrive half an hour before the start time and add their name to the list of participants. Each act may last up to five minutes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
